Permanent Endowment Fund
The gift that gives forever

The Whitefish Community Foundation’s Permanent Endowment Fund has grown to $1 Million thanks to many significant gifts and bequests over the past 10 years from community minded individuals like you. Just in the last two years, the earnings from the Endowment Fund have provided over $100,000 to the various grant funds including Emergency Grants, Endowment Challenge Grants, Major Capital Grants and the Community Grants Fund.

The Foundation’s current goal is to bring the Endowment Fund up to $2 Million. When achieved, interest from the endowment will provide $100,000 plus each year in grants to the critical needs of our community.

For decades, endowments have been a contributing factor in sustaining nonprofits. It takes responsible planning and foresight to be prepared for the challenges of the future.

The Future of Whitefish will be in good hands when the Foundation has a strong Endowment Fund—a “Future Fund” that is ready to meet the important and critical needs of our community both today and tomorrow.

Please join us in this quest to increase the Permanent Endowment Fund to $2 Million. Giving together we can make a difference.
