6th Annual Duck Derby – August 10th

It’s duck season at the Whitefish Community Foundation and our stable of ducks are faster then ever this year. Slow water will be no problem for these little quackers! If you have not adopted yet there is still time. We will be out and about Whitefish this week giving you plenty of opportunities to adopt your own little team. While it is an individual sport adopting in quack packs is encouraged to build team support. The feathery winners are always good drafters. Let’s get all 5000 ducks in the water this year. Adopt your duck today!

The 6th annual Duck Derby is Sunday, August 10 from 3 to 6 pm at Riverside Park in Whitefish. Join us for a community BBQ, nonprofit fair, games for the kids, Battle of the Bands and of course the Derby!

  • You can adopt at the race Sunday, August 10 from 3 PM until races begin at 4 PM.
  • We will be at Farmer’s Market Tuesday, August 5 from 5 to 7:30 PM
